Promoted twice in four years while growing the Business Applications unit to support three branches and satellite offices. Delivered business-critical systems across finance, compliance, HR and IT operations, and expanded the team's scope beyond the Power Platform into React, Next.js and Python where low-code hit its limits.

Built the technology landscape of a newly licensed bureau de change from the ground up — infrastructure, networking, email, procurement and IT roadmap — then led the team that shipped its fully digital customer platform. I own IT compliance across the Stanbic IBTC and UBA partnerships and the NIBSS and CBN relationships.

Assessed company-wide processes for automation opportunities and defined environment strategy, data policies and security roles across the Power Platform tenant. Deployed an e-signature application and an expense management solution with multi-level approvals, and implemented relational Dataverse models with ALM practices for packaging and deployment.

Built responsive sites in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and WordPress. Automated data extraction for an e-commerce client in Python, and integrated AutomatorWP and Zapier into a real estate platform to improve lead capture and qualification.
