Business applications suite
Context
Fewchore runs three branches and satellite offices on processes that were largely manual: loan checklists chased on paper, expenses approved by email, HR records in spreadsheets, IT requests arriving by phone. The unit I lead exists to turn those into systems.
My role
Team Lead, Business Applications. I grew the unit from a one-person Power Platform function into a team supporting every branch, and have been promoted twice in four years.
What I built
- Centralised HR platform for records, leave, appraisals and staff loans.
- Fixed deposit slip automation covering fresh deposits, rollovers, liquidations and rate deviation approvals.
- Document approval automation for offer letters and memos, with e-signature integration.
- OPEX management — multi-level expense approval with automated financial reporting.
- Interbank Placement Tracker — tracks and manages placements with other financial institutions.
- Loan checklist automation — a multi-department origination workflow with automated document generation.
- IT help desk and device management — ticket routing by category, allocation, repairs and audits.
- Business Development Performance Tracker — real-time visibility into individual, group and sector performance across disbursement, expenses, deposits mobilised, customer acquisition and revenue.
- KYC system integrated directly with NIBSS for BVN and NIN validation.
- Employee training platform for HR to assign, track and report ROI on staff training.
- Proxy server orchestration supporting VPN access, attendance timesheets and internal forms.
Stack
